12月18日、グローバル難民フォーラム出席の機会を使い、クリスチャン・ソーンダース国連パレスチナ難民救済事業機関事務局長代行（Mr. Christian Saunders, Acting Commissioner-General, United Nations Releif and Works Organization for Palestine Refugees In the Near East: UNRWA）と会談し、パレスチナ難民に対するUNRWAの活動の効果や効率性及び組織改革、国連組織全般の効率化の必要性、ヨルダン川西岸やガザ地区の状況について意見交換しました。
